MS Heating and Plumbing Will:

• Supply and Install Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i Junior A rated energy efficiency condensing combination boiler including horizontal flue.
• Will supply 5 years manufacturers parts/labour warranty for boiler.
• 7 x quality Radiators up to 40,000 btus.
• Gas line directly supplied from gas meter to new boiler location.
• Fit Thermostatic radiator valves to all radiators except 1.
• 1 x Hallway Thermostat.
• 1 x Programmer.
• If required, install a Automatic bypass.
• Flush central heating system with sentinel or fernox cleaner.
• Add sentinel or fernox Inhibitor to the system.
• Due to building regulations the boiler will need registering with building control for part L of the building regulations. This is included in the price.
