Upgrading Conventional Boiler

MS Heating and Plumbing Will:

• Supply and fit Worcester Bosch Greenstar Junior, A rated energy efficiency condensing combination boiler including horizontal flue.
• Will supply 5 years manufacturers parts/labour warranty.
• Remove existing conventional boiler.
• Make good brickwork.
• Disconnect existing hot water emersion heater including emptying cold feed storage tank,(please note,on most installations M S heating are able to completely remove hot water emersion heater including taking out cold feed storage tanks).
• Gas line directly supplied from gas meter to new boiler location.
• 1 x programmer.
• 1 x hallway thermostat.
• Flush existing radiators with Sentinel X300 cleaner.
• Add Sentinel X100 Inhibitor to system.
• Due to building regulations the boiler will need registering with building control for part L of the building regulations. This is included in the price.

PLEASE NOTE : Under New Building Regulations it is highly recommended, if you do not have thermostatic radiator valves or a room/hallway thermostat already fitted to you existing central heating system, M S heating advise you to upgrade, it will make a huge reduction on your gas bill in the near future (please note if you require up to 7 thermostatic radiator valves, £100 will be added onto your offer).
